At source we pride ourselves in "sourcing" out the ingredients through our relationships with framers and purveyors all year round. We look locally as well as globally for farmers and suppliers who have the same passion about sustainability and quality as we do. You will find our menu of globally inspired tapas to be ever changing to accent the products that are in season at the moment.

Irie Gengler has built relationships from his years of experience at places like Wolfgang Puck's Spago, Roy's Restaurant on Maui, Brix in the Napa Vallay and The Firehouse Restaurant in Sacramento.
